Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. The Free tier is permanent — no credit card required.
You agree not to use Ex-Machina for illegal activity, harassment, spam, or to generate harmful content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
Ex-Machina is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including AI-generated content.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
Ex-Machina offers pre-made AI personality templates for entertainment purposes. All templates are original fictional characters. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, or to copyrighted fictional characters, is purely coincidental and intended as parody under applicable fair use doctrine. These templates are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any real individual, corporation, TV show, movie, or franchise. Users who customize templates are solely responsible for the content they create.
